Join A Team

To submit paperwork for our athletic teams follow these steps:

 

  1. Visit athleticclearance.com and click on the Florida picture
  2. Click on “Create an Account” and follow the steps or “Sign in” if you have previously created an account
    • Watch the tutorial video if help is needed
  3. Register
    •  Parents or students must register with a valid email username and password
  4. Login using the email address that you registered with
  5. Select “Start Clearance Here” to start the process
  6. Choose the school year and the sport(s) the student wants to participate in
    • Only one account per student is needed
  7. Click submit once all items are completed
  8. Wait 3-5 days for an email stating “all clear”

 

Athletic Clearance Requirements:

 

  • Students must have:
    • Minimum 2.0 unweighted cumulative GPA
    • Minimum 2.0 conduct GPA from the previous semester
    • All 9th graders are automatically eligible in their first semester of high school
  • ​​​​Doctor physical portion of the packet MUST be on the FHSAA EL2 form and MUST have the stamp of the doctor/doctor’s office
  • FHSAA EL3 Consent Form (electronically signed)
  • Copy of the birth certificate
    • If you were not born in the United States, you must also bring a copy of a U.S. Passport or a U.S. Permanent Resident card to be cleared immediately. If a student does not possess one of these, then we will require additional paperwork.
  •  Copy of health insurance
